Under the provisions of FAR 135, Subpart H,
it is the responsibility of the operator to develop a training program in order to enhance safety
and standardization. This manual, when implemented, fulfills the
provision of a training program as required under FAR 135.341: Pilot and
Flight Attendant Crewmember Training Programs;
recurrent training as required under FAR 135.351; and FAR 135.323: Training Program: General.
Each section is a word
document and can be down load or simply opened in the site frame.
